  • * The Fundraiser plan is designed to be suitable only for companies that are fundraising for the first time, as it is restricted to a maximum of 5 shareholders.
  • ** Any UK private company that has raised its first round of funding in the last year qualifies for the "Young Startup" Free Setup Special Offer, subject to signing up for a minimum subscription period of twelve months and having raised £500,000 or less in its first round.
  • † Any UK private company that has raised its first round of funding in the last year qualifies for the "Established Startup" Free Setup Special Offer, subject to signing up for a minimum subscription period of twenty-four months and having raised £1,000,000 or less in its first round.

Discounted monthly fees are available for Premium Investor Users with access to more than ten companies through VenturePro.
  • †† The ‘Institutional Investor’ pricing plan is designed for seed funds, early stage VCs, and other stakeholders in the UK’s early stage investment ecosystem. Due to the varying nature of these stakeholders’ portfolio reporting needs, no standard pricing is available at this time.
